We understand the difficulty in recruiting qualified, experienced and reliable locums and endeavour to make the whole recruitment process simple and less time consuming for clients. Working with Elite, you will have access to qualified Dietitians who are experienced in a number of disciplines and who are flexible on the location and duration of posts.
As a member of REC, we are committed to providing the highest recruitment standards to clients and candidates. To help us supply clients with high calibre Dietitians, candidates must complete and provide us with the following information when registering:
- A comprehensive registration form
- Verification of work status
- Health declaration form
- Proof of identity
- An up to date CV with any gaps in the work history fully explained
- Proof of qualifications and memberships to professional bodies
- Two professional work references (two most recent employers)
- An Enhanced CRB issued within the last 12 months
- Certificates in mandatory training
Before and during a candidates placement with a client we will provide them with:
An ID Badge
- Detailed information on the hospital and department
- A comprehensive agency worker handbook outlining standards required
- Ongoing support and regular contact
We also request clients to complete a performance feedback form so we can monitor the calibre of Dietitians we provide.
