Please note this service is for residents of BC only.
Initial Consultation
- Scheduled for 60 minutes
- Includes a complete nutrition assessment and a customized meal plan tailored to help achieve your health and fitness goals
Individual Follow Up
- Check in with an Elite Dietitian for support and to help keep you on track to reach your goals
- Recommended every 3-4 weeks to adjust your meal plan and ensure continued results
Nutrition Packages
- One 60 minute Initial nutrition assessment + 3 or 5 40 minute follow up sessions
- Email support between sessions, if needed
- Includes: Customized meal plan guide, Goal setting, Written summary of recommendations, New meal or snack ideas, Restaurant guidance, Strategies to build new eating habits
Sport Nutrition Courses for Parents of Young Athletes
Optimize meals and snacks to fuel your young athlete for training, games, tournaments and travel. Courses are tailored to your sport, whether it is swimming, soccer, hockey, rowing or wrestling. Each course includes 3 chapters, each with a short video and helpful resources on meal ideas, snack ideas, recovery nutrition, and even a grocery shopping list.
