Approach
Lisa Podlecki is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience helping athletes to reach their sports nutrition goals. She works with a wide variety of athletes from recreational to Olympic-levels and across all age-groups, including varsity football and NHL prospect players. She is passionate about helping clients to overcome eating disorders and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport and to build a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.
From her work as an outpatient dietitian at a busy medical clinic in Alberta, Lisa has expertise in chronic disease management including autoimmune disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease and gestational diabetes.

Lisa loves endurance sports such as trail running, marathons and road biking and has completed Yoga Teacher training in Thailand. She incorporates her strong background in mental health, offering a holistic approach to her clients.
