Discuss strategies for RED-S prevention at the sport organizational and team level. Learn how to screen athletes for RED-S and what treatment looks like. Course includes 3 chapters, each with a short video, resources, and a workbook and quiz.
- Chapter 1: Describe how RED-S happens, the metabolic changes that take place and how it affects our bodies physically and psychologically.
